OCS recognition events are uplifting, inspiring and a great way to bring your community together by recognizing our young men and women enlisting into our Armed Forces. We welcome all volunteers with various backgrounds, talents and skills.

2016 Recognition Ceremony

Our Community Salutes of Baton Rouge celebrated their sixth ceremony on April 26th, 2016, at Broadmoor United Methodist Casual Assembly center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Community appreciation was shared with 94 future Army, Marines, and National Guardsmen, in addition to more than 160 of the enlistees’ parents and friends attending the event.

The keynote speaker was Col. David Couvillion, USMC (Ret.).
