Our Community Salutes of South Jersey (OCSSJ) held it’s 9th Annual OCS Ceremony on May 16, 2017.

Special speakers included Major General Jeffrey Snow, Commanding General, US Army Recruitment Command, Major General Garrett Harencak, Commanding General, Air Force Recruitment Command, New Jersey Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno, and Command Sergent Major Michele S. Jones (Army, Ret.).

This evening honored the enlistees and their families in a very special way.

Our Community Salutes of South Jersey (OCSSJ) is a non-profit organization created to recognize and honor graduating high school students (and their parents) who plan to enlist in the armed services after graduation.

Local citizens, veteran’s organizations, and private businesses donate their time and money to support events sponsored by OCSSJ, including its annual Recognition Ceremony.
