About This Chapter

Our Community Salutes of Fort Bend was inspired and is being presented by Bonnie Worstell, an Ambassador – level Girl Scout, as her Gold Award Project.  We held our Annual Recognition Ceremony on May 18, 2015 at the Constellation Field in Sugar Land.

2017 marks the 5th Annual appreciation event honoring Fort Bend County graduating seniors who have enlisted in a branch of the US Armed Services.

In recognition of their decision to enlist into the Armed Forces after graduation this spring, Our Community Salutes – Fort Bend will honor Fort Bend Seniors and their parents/guardians with a BBQ dinner and award ceremony.
