Our Community Salute is a national non-profit organization founded in 2009 to honor and support our nation’s high school seniors who plan to enlist into the military following graduation.

To support its mission and rapid growth, OCS seeks qualified applicants to fill the following new full-time positions:

Manager of Marketing and Digital Communications (full-time)

Chief Marketing Officer responsible for all branding and communications, to include social media and DTC campaigns.

Director of Development (full-time)

Chief Development Officer responsible for identifying and securing grants and major donors to support OCS programs and services.
