Recruiters: Please use this form to nominate one or more high school guidance counselors from your assigned high schools for the General Colin L. Powell Memorial Service Award.

This award is a public service recognition that exemplifies the life and legacy of General Powell, and is presented to high school guidance counselors in appreciation of the guidance, counseling and mentoring they provide students while assessing their accomplishments, talents, and interests as they move along their journey through education.

This award is nominated by military recruiters and presented to those guidance counselors around the country that best represent the service, compassion, and commitment demonstrated by General Colin Powell.

Award nomination period will close on March 1, 2026.
