Our Community Salutes Founder and President Awarded Highest Honor by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard

The National Intelligence Distinguished Public Service Medal is the highest award that can be granted to noncareer Federal employees, private citizens or others who have performed distinguished service of exceptional significance for the United States Intelligence Community.

On May 6th, 2025, Our Community Salutes Founder and President Dr. Kenneth E. Hartman was presented with this award by Tulsi Gabbard, Director of the Office of National Intelligence, at his very own South Jersey Enlistee Recognition Ceremony.

“Drawing on his exceptional background, commitment, and ability to inspire, Dr. Hartman has encouraged countless young adults to make the selfless decision to serve in the United States military. The success of our intelligence mission often depends on strong collaboration with the United States military and Dr. Hartman's efforts to ensure young men and women are recognized, celebrated, and supported, allows them to fully focus on critical partnerships and advance U.S. national security. Dr. Hartman's distinctive accomplishments reflect great credit upon himself, the State of New Jersey, and the United States of America.”

Our Community Salutes sincerely thanks the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and Mrs. Gabbard for their support, and for presenting our deserving founder with this prestigious honor.
